Pink recently released a duet with British singer/songwriter Rag’n’Bone Man called “Anywhere Away from Here,” and it’s just been announced that she’ll perform the song with him at the 2021 BRIT Awards, albeit remotely.

The BRIT Awards — the U.K. version of the Grammys — take place May 11 at London’s O2 Arena, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, Pink will sing her part from the U.S.  It’s not clear if she’ll be on satellite, Zoom or some other platform.

In a statement, Rag’n’Bone Man, best known for his 2016 hit “Human,” said, “Having people attend this special evening makes me really excited for touring to come! I’m grateful that Pink is able to join from across the pond.”

In 2019, Pink received the BRIT award for Outstanding Contribution to Music.

Dua Lipa, who has a leading three nominations, will also perform on the BRIT Awards, which will feature a live audience of 4,000 people, with 2,500 free tickets being made available to front-line workers.

The ceremony will be the first live music show at the O2 Arena in more than a year, and is being conducted as part of the British government’s Events Research Program, which will use “enhanced testing” to study how events can take place without social distancing.
